Part 1

1, familiar with non-standard automation equipment assembly production

2, can read and understand Solidwork mechanical drawings and CAD drawings

3, familiar with the conventional assembly process and testing process, know the cylinder, guide, sensor and other components of the assembly debugging

4, Strong hands-on ability, can use common assembly tools, will be simple to use the milling machine

5. Understand the simple PLC control principle, can read and understand the wiring diagram; familiar with the distribution cabinet inside and outside the wiring;

6. Familiar with the photoelectric switch, proximity switches, solenoid valves, cylinders, inverters, motors, encoders and other electronic control materials;

Job Requirements

1, bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing and automation;

2, familiar with gas shielded welding, brazing, resistance welding and other welding processes;

3, familiar with high-frequency induction heating, magnetization process; familiar with the principle of mechanical assembly;

4, skilled in the use of 2D3D drawing software; engaged in the assembly process of components experience is preferred. Parts assembly process work experience is preferred.
