Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of the College and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the College and the candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the spirit of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant documents, combined with the actual situation of the College.
Article 2 The enrollment of colleges follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and is subject to the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 11 The College shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, which is composed of school leaders and heads of relevant functional departments, with the party secretary and the dean as the team leader, the vice president in charge as the deputy team leader, and other college leaders as the team members. Article 12 The Admissions Office is the executive body of the College Admissions Committee. Chapter V Admission Rules
Seventeenth admission strictly abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions offices, based on the candidates' wishes and college entrance examination results, in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, adhere to comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Eighteenth according to the candidates to fill in the volunteer, the implementation of parallel volunteer from high score to low score in turn, in the case of insufficient students, and then according to the relevant provisions of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, to collect voluntary admission.
Nineteenth professional arrangements are sorted by candidates' wishes and scores. If the reported major is full and does not obey the adjustment, it will be dismissed.

Twenty-first majors should accept both arts and sciences.
Twenty-second male-female ratio: midwifery is limited to girls, and other majors are not limited to boys and girls.
Twenty-third candidates who meet the conditions of extra points or lower points shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the competent admissions department of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where the students are located.
Twenty-fourth physical examination standards in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation promulgated the "guidance on physical examination of ordinary colleges and universities".

Chapter VI Admission, Fees and Academic Certificates
