Weekly Internship Notes
The first few weeks of my internship in Rehabilitation were the first few weeks of my clinical experience, and I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to get used to it. At first, I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to adapt, and I didn't know where to start, and I had a very vague impression of rehabilitation. But after a few days, my original worries slowly disappeared.

First, the head nurse of the department gave us interns a general introduction to the subject of rehabilitation, so that we had a general understanding of rehabilitation. In the following days, the nurses, teachers hand in hand guidance and tireless explanation, so that I in just a week's time to familiarize with the department's environment and object furnishings; learned how to receive patients admitted to the hospital; deepen the preparation of medication, intravenous drips, intramuscular injections, and the placement of medicines, the issuance of medicines and strict aseptic operation techniques and checking system; can be independently completed the measurement and depiction of vital signs and records; try to write the 4 patients shift report ......
This week is the theory and practice of the "first close contact", in the realization of the theory to practice at the same time, we still do not forget to strengthen the theoretical learning. July 10, Mr. Wu gave us a lecture on neck and shoulder pain related knowledge. On July 10th, Ms. Wu gave us a lecture on neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, focusing on the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis and herniated discs, clinical manifestations and rehabilitation care, which enriched our professional theoretical knowledge and made me feel the importance of re-learning.
