The Xiamen Free Trade Central Business District is located in the core area of the Cross-Strait Trade Center of Xiamen Area and is located in the central industrial resources gathering area of Xiamen Island.

Xiamen Area***43.78 square kilometers cross-strait trade center core area of 19.37 square kilometers, including Xiangyu Free Trade Zone 0.6 square kilometers (has been closed to the whole area), Xiangyu Bonded Logistics Park 0.7 square kilometers (has been closed to the area of 0.26 square kilometers).
The north, west and east sides are adjacent to the sea, and the south side is bounded by Harbor Shoaling Road, Success Avenue and Fangzhong Road. Southeast International Shipping Center Haicang Port Area 24.41 square kilometers, including Xiamen Haicang Bonded Port Area 9.51 square kilometers (5.55 square kilometers of closed area). On July 8, 2019, Xiamen became one of the nine pilot regions in the country for the cross-border financial blockchain service platform of the State Administration of Finance and Foreign Exchange (SAFFC), which can alleviate to a certain extent the problems of difficult and expensive financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Among them, there are 10 banks in Xiamen participating in the pilot.
