Hegang, July 15 (Xinhua) -- The shantytown renovation project requires a large number of demolition and relocation of houses in existing shantytowns. Many citizens are very concerned about the demolition and relocation compensation for unlicensed houses. In this regard, the city shantytown renovation office has formulated the corresponding compensation principles.

May 23, 2001, the municipal government before the implementation of Order No. 5 of the construction of houses without legal formalities (to the year of construction of houses purchased materials invoices or receipts standard, no invoices or receipts by the municipal real estate administrative department of the organization of the identification of the relevant personnel), according to the following principles of compensation: First, with the main house of the licensed body exceeds the area of the house license part (excluding the latter part of the building), according to the licensing of the residential house Compensation is made according to the following principles: firstly, the part of the licensed house which is in excess of the licensed area (excluding the post-built part) shall be compensated according to 70% of the appraised value of the licensed residential house; secondly, the independent residential house (independent household and courtyard) shall be compensated according to 60% of the appraised value of the licensed residential house which is the same as the structural structure and the newness of the licensed residential house (rental resettlement is also available); thirdly, the house with the permitted construction procedures approved by the municipal planning department but without the house property right certificate shall be compensated according to the appraisal value of the licensed residential house after applying for the property right certificate by the competent real estate administration department. Compensation is given according to the appraisal of licensed houses.
