Mr. Yu Chaobiao: Chinese nationality, no foreign permanent residence, born in March 1975, college degree, Nanjing University MBA training course graduates, engineers. 1996 August to 1999 April successively served as Anhui Huangshan Capsule Company Limited mechanic, workshop director; 1999 May to 2001 July as Anhui Huangshan Capsule Company Limited marketing manager; 2001 August to 2010 December as deputy general manager. 2010 December to present as our director, general manager. From May 1999 to July 2001, he was the manager of the marketing department of Anhui Huangshan Capsule Company Limited; from August 2001 to December 2010, he was the deputy general manager of Anhui Huangshan Capsule Company Limited. Currently, he is a director and general manager of the Company, an executive director and general manager of Anhui Derong Pharmaceutical Equipment Company Limited, the chairman of Hangzhou Oucai Optoelectronics Technology Company Limited, a supervisor of Jingde County Xingye Financing Guarantee Company Limited and a supervisor of Hangzhou Pod Science and Technology Company Limited, and his term of office as a current director of the Company will be from December 2016 to December 2019.
