Wang Hufeng's Innovative Views and Major Academic Works

During the new round of China's healthcare reform launched in 2006, through submitting proposals, publishing monographs and academic articles, he was the first to put forward the "four domains analysis" method as the policy analysis framework for the new round of China's healthcare reform, i.e., to make policy choices in accordance with the characteristics of different domains in the areas of public **** health, medical services, drug industry and medical security, and to define the "four domains" and put forward proposals for the construction of the "four systems". It also defines the "four domains" of China's healthcare reform and puts forward proposals for the construction of the "four systems". He also researched on the issue of medical insurance in different places and the strategy of preventing and treating chronic diseases, and his main ideas were incorporated into the medical reform program through the submission of proposals. He was the first in China to put forward the theory of "two-generation model" for upgrading the level of medical insurance coordination, and the first to put forward the concept of "driven" performance management model for public hospitals. 2011, in the course of leading a follow-up study on the reform of public hospitals as a key topic of the National Social Science Program, he put forward the concept of "two-generation model" for the reform of public hospitals in China. In 2011, while leading a key national social science research project on public hospital reform, he proposed the "Layered Collaborative Governance Model" for analyzing and studying public hospital reform policies. He has also completed reports on the 12th Five-Year Plan for the Development and Reform of Beijing Municipality's Health Care Industry, and the investment and management of pension insurance individual accounts, which were adopted by the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau and relevant ministries and commissions, and has edited an examination textbook for the design of employee benefit plans in the insurance industry.
