This feature has very little utility in a job search, but it's great for satisfying a person's curiosity and making it easier to find out when the other person's HR calls.

It can be useful, but it's not really worth paying for. So WiseConnect's generosity on this piece of chicken is very much in my favor.

The downside is that when searching and filtering, you can only choose one condition of the same kind, while MileagePlus has up to five. For example, in the salary category, WisdomLink can only choose one at a time, such as "15000-19999 yuan", while MileagePlus can choose "10001-15000", "15001-20000" and so on. The latter is much more convenient.

I remember when I first graduated, Wisdom has not yet entered Chongqing on a large scale, and the recruitment information on the website for Chongqing is very minimal. Snap your fingers more than ten years, as if it is already the first choice, have to marvel at the development of Wisdom.

However, the salary on Hire is a bit inflated, sometimes the headhunter is raising the price, and sometimes it is clearly the official information of the recruiter, but also 20% to 30% higher than the salary on Wisdom Link and MileagePlus. Because the information posted on the hunt for employment will generally be posted in those two same positions, so it is best to look at the comparison and estimate the true psychological price of the recruiter, so as not to waste time.

Hire unique social features is a double-edged sword, it will be like you recommend you may know or may want to know people. There's a company called Wisdom Recruiting on Hire.com that has been pulling people in, but the methods are so poor that it's a turnoff.
