(2) Azimuth (DTIC): Because of the appearance of DTIC, the treatment of melanoma has taken a step forward and become the most widely used drug. GaiIanl reported that DTIC had the best curative effect. 28 cases of melanoma were treated with a dose of 350mg/m2 for 6 days, and 28 days was a course of treatment, with an effective rate of 35%.
2. Combined chemotherapy: Malignant melanoma is not sensitive to chemotherapy, but combined chemotherapy can improve the effective rate and reduce toxic reactions. The commonly used combination chemotherapy schemes are as follows:
(1)DAV regimen (DTIc, ACNu, VCR) is the first choice for melanoma chemotherapy. Administration methods: DTIC100 ~ 200mg, IV D1~ 5acnu100mg iv.
D 1VCR 2mg iv d 1, repeated every 2 1 day 1 time.
(2)DDBT regimen (DTIC, DDP, BCNU, TAM) Usage: DTIC220mg/m2, intravenous injection of D 1 ~ 3/3W, DDP.
25mg/m2, D 1 ~ 3W, BCNUl50mg/m2, d 1/6w, TAM 10mgPO, twice/d. The effective rate was 52.5%.
(3)CBD plan (CCNU, BLM, DDP) Usage: CCNU 80mg/m2, oral, d 1/6w, BLMl5u/m2, intravenous D3 ~ 7/6W, DDP.
40mg/m2, intravenous d8/6w. The effective rate is 48%.
(4) The spontaneous regression of malignant melanoma after immunotherapy indicates that it is related to the immune function of the body. BCG can concentrate lymphocytes in patients with melanoma on tumor nodules and stimulate patients to have a strong immune response, thus achieving the effect of treating tumors. BCG can be used by skin scratching, intratumoral injection and oral administration. The effective rate can reach 75% ~ 90% by injecting BCG vaccine into local small lesions. Interferon, interleukin-
2(ILA-2), killer cells activated by lymphokines (LAK cells) and Venus. , has made certain achievements.
