Main Duties

6. Responsible for the construction of information technology in Chinese medicine, open government, e-government and government websites.

7. Organize and coordinate the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine culture, traditional Chinese medicine science and work.

8. To guide the "China Yearbook of Chinese medicine" editorial work.

9. Undertake the specific work of inter-ministerial coordination mechanism of Chinese medicine.

10. Undertake other tasks assigned by the leadership.

1. To formulate and organize the implementation of Chinese medicine personnel development planning and qualification standards for Chinese medicine professionals and technicians.

2. Responsible for the personnel work of the Bureau, directing the Bureau directly under the unit personnel work.

3. Responsible for the Bureau organs and units directly under the cadres education and training work, guidance and coordination of the national Chinese medicine management cadres training work.

4. To formulate continuing education in traditional Chinese medicine, teacher education development planning and organization and implementation.

5. To guide Chinese medicine teacher education, post-graduation education, continuing education and related personnel training.

6. Participate in the reform of Chinese medicine education and teaching, Chinese medicine education development planning and Chinese medicine education institutions set standards and other relevant professional standards.

7. Management of vocational skills education and training in Chinese medicine.

8. Guiding the work of national governmental commendation of Chinese medicine system.

9. Guiding and contacting relevant Chinese medicine social organizations.

10. Responsible for the work of retired cadres.

11. To undertake other tasks assigned by the leadership. Main responsibilities

1. Responsible for the preparation of medium and long-term development planning for the cause of Chinese medicine.

2. Responsible for the arrangement and supervision of the central financial, infrastructure and project funds.

3. Organize and coordinate the census of Chinese medicine resources.

4. Participating in the formulation of Chinese medicine industry development planning and industrial policy.

5. Participate in the study of medical service prices, drug prices, basic medical insurance costs and other policies.

6. To guide the work of Chinese medicine statistics, the development of Chinese medicine statistical survey system and organize the implementation.

7. Undertake departmental budget, final accounts and financial and treasury management.

8. Undertake the bureau directly under the (management) unit of the capital project review or approval.

9. Organization and coordination of poverty alleviation, Tibet and counterpart support work.

10. Responsible for state-owned assets, imported instruments and equipment approval and development of relevant systems.

1. Formulate strategies and policies for the development of traditional Chinese medicine, organize and carry out investigations and research on major theoretical and practical issues of traditional Chinese medicine, and put forward relevant policy recommendations.

2. To organize the drafting of laws, regulations and departmental rules related to Chinese medicine.

3. Undertake the examination and approval of the legality of the relevant normative documents of the organization.

4. Organize and carry out publicity and education on the legal system of the Chinese medicine industry.

5. Undertake administrative reconsideration, administrative appeals.

6. Standardization of Chinese medicine under the management of the work.

7. Comprehensive management of Chinese medicine law enforcement supervision.

8. Supervise and guide the review of Chinese medicine advertisements.

9. Standardize the order of Chinese medicine medical services, supervision of major Chinese medicine cases of medical violations.

10. Undertake other work assigned by the leadership. Main responsibilities

1. Formulation of Chinese medicine, combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine, ethnomedicine and health care institutions and their technical application of management norms, standards and organize the implementation of the guidance of other medical institutions of Chinese medicine business.

2. To formulate standards, norms, policies and organize the implementation of medical quality control and medical service management of Chinese medicine, combined traditional Chinese and western medicine, and ethnic medicine medical institutions, to establish a medical quality control and medical service regulatory system and its evaluation system, and to organize and carry out evaluation and inspection and supervision of medical quality, safety and service.

Guide and organize the implementation of rural health, community health services in Chinese medicine and support for rural Chinese medicine.

11. Responsible for the promotion of appropriate technology of grass-roots Chinese medicine.

12. Participate in the formulation of the national essential drugs catalog related work.

13. Participating in the formulation of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine diagnostic and therapeutic equipment clinical trial management rules, regulations, policies and guide the implementation.

1. Formulation of Chinese medicine scientific research, technology development planning and organization and implementation.

2. Guiding the construction of national innovation system of Chinese medicine.

3. Organize and implement key projects in Chinese medicine science and technology.

4. Organize screening and research on appropriate technologies of Chinese medicine.

5. Organize the evaluation of new technologies in Chinese medicine, and promote the transformation, application and promotion of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese medicine.

6. Responsible for Chinese medicine literature, secret prescriptions, prescription of gratuitous donations and screening and evaluation.

7. To guide the combination of Chinese and Western medicine and national medicine scientific research.

Major responsibilities

1. To formulate plans for international exchanges and cooperation in Chinese medicine, and organize the implementation.

2. To study the current situation of international development of Chinese medicine and formulate relevant policies.

3. To organize and guide the multilateral and bilateral exchanges and cooperation between the government and the private sector in the field of Chinese medicine.

4. To be responsible for exchanges and cooperation with international organizations such as the World Health Organization.

5. To organize, coordinate and implement key projects of international cooperation in Chinese medicine.

6. To guide the development of trade in Chinese medicine services, and formulate relevant policies.

7. To guide the development of overseas dissemination of Chinese medicine culture.

8. Guiding and organizing exchanges and cooperation in Chinese medicine between the mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

9. To centralize the foreign affairs work of the organs of the Authority and units directly under it, and to guide the social groups under the authority of the Authority to carry out international exchanges and cooperation.

10. Undertake other work assigned by the leadership. Main responsibilities

1. Responsible for the Bureau of organs and units directly under the party work.

2. Organize party propaganda, organization, united front, maintenance of stability, spiritual civilization and other work and party members of education, training, management and other work.

3. Guiding the work of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the organs directly under it, inspecting and dealing with cases of violation of Party discipline and regulations by Party organizations and Party members, and accepting complaints, charges and appeals from Party members.
