Solution: Remove the ink cartridge and reinstall it, then restart your computer and Canon printer.
If this fault occurs regularly, and is the use of continuous supply, then please check whether the ink supply line is not good and affect the movement of the ink cart, can be appropriate to add some lubricant on the cart slider, if there is no special lubricant can be used in place of cooking oil.
If the above method still can not be solved, then please follow the steps below (manually reset the ink cart):
1: open the cover
2: push the cartridge to the right direction to the end of the hand
3: close the cover
4: shut down the power supply
5: turn on the power supply
6: boot
7: Observe whether the cartridge slides to the right automatically
