Conditions for medical institutions to obtain a license for radiological diagnosis and treatment

Legal analysis: (a) with the approved registration of medical imaging diagnosis and treatment subjects;

(b) with radiation diagnosis and treatment places and supporting facilities in line with the relevant national standards and regulations;

(c) with quality control and safety and protection of full-time (part-time) management personnel and management system, and equipped with the necessary protective supplies and monitoring instruments;
