(2) must be in line with environmental protection requirements of hazardous waste management facilities, premises; hazardous waste storage, disposal site facilities, equipment and supporting pollution prevention and control facilities must meet national and provincial environmental protection standards and safety requirements; hazardous wastes are hazardous chemicals (including highly toxic chemicals) shall be consistent with the national and provincial hazardous chemicals business regulations; landfill disposal of hazardous wastes shall be in accordance with law. Disposal of hazardous wastes by landfill, landfill sites should be obtained in accordance with the law of land use rights; other ways to dispose of hazardous wastes, must be signed with the site owner for more than 5 years lease contract or provide proof of ownership of the site; hazardous waste landfill, incineration facilities must be in line with the relevant hazardous waste disposal facilities construction planning.
(C) engaged in the transportation of dangerous goods, to have a means of transportation in line with the State Council department in charge of transportation safety requirements for the transportation of dangerous goods.
(d) have in line with national and provincial environmental protection standards and safety requirements of the packaging tools and acceptance of temporary storage facilities and equipment.

"Chinese People's **** and State Standardization Law," Article 2 of this law referred to as the standard (including standard samples), refers to agriculture, industry, services and social services and other fields need to be unified technical requirements.
Standards include national standards, industry standards, local standards and group standards, enterprise standards. National standards are divided into mandatory standards, recommended standards, industry standards, local standards are recommended standards.
Mandatory standards must be implemented. The state encourages the use of recommended standards.
