Article 1 According to the Measures for the Administration of Sewage Charges Collection Standards
Article 2 Units and individual industrial and commercial households that discharge pollutants directly into the environment (hereinafter referred to as the dischargers) must pay sewage charges in accordance with the provisions of these Measures.
Article 3 The administrative department of environmental protection of the local people's government at or above the county level shall collect sewage charges from the dischargers in accordance with the following items of sewage charges:
(1) Sewage Sewage Charge.
(ii) Waste gas sewage charge.
(iii) Solid and hazardous waste sewage charges.
(iv) Noise Excess Sewage Charge.
Note: Hubei Province is currently approved by the environmental protection department, collected by the tax department, see Hubei Provincial People's Government Decree No. 310, "Interim Measures for the Administration of the Collection and Use of Sewage Charges in Hubei Province".
Two, sewage charges are generally included in the water bill, charged by the water company.
Article I sewage discharged to the centralized urban sewage treatment facilities need to pay sewage charges in accordance with the provisions of the sewage treatment.
Note: If your local municipal sewage treatment plant has been built, and all the sewage discharged by your organization or individual into the treatment plant, paid the sewage treatment fees, do not need to pay sewage charges.
Based on the "sewage charge collection and use of management regulations" State Council Decree No. 369
Article 2 directly to the environment of pollutants discharged into the unit and individual business (hereinafter referred to as the discharger), shall be in accordance with the provisions of these regulations to pay sewage charges.
The sewage discharger to the centralized urban sewage treatment facilities, pay sewage treatment costs, no longer pay sewage charges. Sewage dischargers built industrial solid waste storage or disposal facilities, places and meet environmental protection standards, or its original industrial solid waste storage or disposal facilities, places by the transformation to meet environmental protection standards, from the date of completion of the construction or transformation, no longer pay sewage charges.
The state is actively promoting the industrialization of urban sewage and garbage disposal. The centralized treatment of urban sewage and garbage charges are formulated separately.
