Product Description:
EccoLube ECF904 is a dry contact lubricant formulated from non-flammable perfluorocarbon (PFC) solvent mixed with perfluoropolyether (PFP) oil and ultra-low molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) particles, and heat-resistant and anti-corrosion additives. This fluorocarbon contact lubricant forms a uniform lubricating film on the surface of the workpiece after drying, with the characteristics of non-dusting, non-spreading, low torque, and long-life lubrication, and it is designed to protect the precious metals (gold/silver) in the switch contacts or connectors from external erosion. Applicable temperature range: -67～+250℃.

※ Good energizing ability, will not affect the electrical conductivity of the switch and the resistance of the neighboring conductors or components;

Recommended applications:
※ For the protection of gold, silver and copper/tin and other underlying metal electrical contacts from external erosion, such as printed wiring edge of the connector, plug connectors, rotary and slide switches;
※ Applied to the need for clean lubrication of metals, plastics and rubber parts of the action of the friction reduction and elimination of noises, such as volume controllers, carbon film potentiometer, automotive electronics mechanism, connectors, and so on.
