Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center is a modern 5A intelligent building. Booth supporting facilities are designed in accordance with international practice. It adopts PDS comprehensive wiring, and the strong power, weak power (including communication, computer network, cable TV), water supply and drainage, compressed air, etc. are directly connected to each booth through underground pipelines. Ningbo International Conference and Exhibition Center building intelligent system mainly consists of building automatic control system, office automation system and communication intelligent system and fire and security automation system, specifically including:
1, integrated wiring. In the whole project set up 6935 information points to meet the communication, data, graphics, images, multimedia and other needs.
2. Burglar alarm and closed-circuit monitoring system. ***Equipped with 181 cameras and 117 detectors.
3, LED display system. In the main exhibition hall is equipped with a large full-color display screen, the east and west exhibition hall is equipped with a two-color screen each, monochrome screen each 4.
4, building automatic control system. Control of cold and heat sources, air conditioners, fresh air machines, fan coilers, air supply and exhaust, air supply and exhaust, power distribution and other systems.
5, broadcasting system. Mainly used for service, business, fire and background music.
6, the main exhibition hall (multi-functional exhibition hall) is equipped with electronic large screen, audio reinforcement system, intelligent lighting tower system, which can meet the needs of exhibitions, large-scale negotiation, multimedia broadcasting, large-scale fellowship, celebrations, fashion shows and so on.
7. The backbone of computer network system adopts Gigabit Ethernet broadband.
8, smart card system is divided into smart card internal management. (Including exhibitors and visitors ticket management system)
9, program-controlled telephone (600 external lines, 60 trunks) and magnetic card phone (in the exhibition hall) system.
10, mobile call and wireless coverage system. The four exhibition halls, conference building and business building of the Convention and Exhibition Center are covered with full range of GSM mobile communication wireless coverage.
11, intelligent lighting system can automatically control each scene and switching, lighting designers for the convention and exhibition center set each lighting scene can be unmanned by time automatically pop-up. Definitions of special terms used in the regulations are as follows:
(1) The terms "center", "exhibition", "rental agreement", The terms "Center", "Exhibition", "Rental Agreement", "Rental Fee" and "Rental Date" each have the meanings given to them in the Terms
.
(2) "Booth" means a temporary partition or room set up in the Hired Area.
(3) "Entry Period" means the period of non-exhibition days prior to the commencement of the Exhibition during the Rental Period, and "Withdrawal Period" means the period of non-exhibition days after the holding of the Exhibition during the Rental Period.
(4) "Contractor" means Party B as defined in the Rental Agreement 1. The Contractor shall not cause any damage to the Exhibition Hall or change or affect the building structure of the Exhibition Hall. Otherwise the repair cost of the damage shall be estimated by the Center and paid in full by the Organizer.
2. The cost of erecting, installing and dismantling the stalls shall be borne by the Organizer, and the said acts shall not cause any unnecessary disturbance or damage to the exhibitions of other hirers of the Center.
3. No changes shall be made to the structure of the exhibition hall floor, walls, doors, windows, meeting rooms or other parts of the building. No nails, screws or drilled holes shall be driven into any part of the exhibition hall.
4. The Center permits only the use of erasable chalk or approved tape to mark booth locations on the Exhibit Hall floor; no other method of floor marking may be used. Removal of unauthorized floor demarcation will be at the expense of the contractor.
5. The Center permits the use of cloth-backed tape to secure carpets and other floor coverings to the concrete floor only.
The use of adhesives on stone floors or walls is not permitted.
The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all tape and residual markings in the rented area, and the remediation of any damage to the building caused by the use of unapproved tape shall be performed by the Center at the expense of the organizer.
The use of adhesive backed (stickable) graphics or promotional items adhered to any part of the building is not permitted at the Center, and the costs incurred by the Center in removing such items and repairing any damage shall be borne by the Organizer.
6. The organizer is not allowed to build isolators or display boards and pile up any items in places that obstruct fire fighting facilities, monitoring facilities, air conditioning vents and air flow in the hall/room.
7. The materials used for the construction of the booths shall be non-combustible and the rate of spread of combustion shall not be less than level 2.
8. Permanent suspended ceilings are not allowed.
9. No obstacles shall be placed in the aisles leading to the entrances and exits. All exits shall not be locked when visitors enter the rented area during the exhibition.
10. It is strictly prohibited to tie up objects on the air-conditioning ventilation pipes, roof, fire sprinklers and lamps on the roof of the hall.
11, more than the height limit of the exhibition hall should be reported to the center in advance to review and agree before construction.
12, any temporary structures and walls must maintain 0.6 meters of access.
13, all aisles are at least 3 meters wide, if there are columns in the aisle, should maintain at least 3.5 meters wide aisle.
14. The contractor's staff should be familiar with the location of fire alarm contacts, monitoring facilities, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers and security doors. Under no circumstances shall fire alarm contacts, monitoring facilities, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers and security doors be obstructed by booths, barriers, exhibits or other items (defined by yellow lines). Access to such locations shall also not be blocked.
15. The Center will assist the contractor in the management of the transportation and construction units of the exhibition. The contractor shall notify all transportation and construction units to submit the list of transportation and construction personnel and copies of their identity cards to the Center two weeks before entering the exhibition hall, and the Center will make the construction personnel documents for the exhibition, and no undocumented personnel shall be allowed to carry out any on-site construction related to the exhibition.
16. All the exhibition construction units must be constructed according to the plan approved by the public security management department, and shall not be modified arbitrarily without authorization.
17. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition halls. 1、The Center will provide connection service to the power supply box of all booths (wiring from the power supply box to the exhibition samples, lamps, etc. will be the responsibility of the enterprises themselves). Appliances requiring 24-hour power supply must apply to the Center in advance.
2. Delayed power cuts, water cuts, gas cuts and telephone cuts must be applied to the center in advance.
1, electrical wiring, electrical equipment installation, should be held by a valid electrician's license personnel construction.
2, the laying of wires, should be sheathed wire, its joints must be connected using a special connector, in addition to the light line shall not be used in addition to the flower line, does not allow electrical wiring across the channel.
3, tungsten iodine lamps and other high-temperature lamps, neon lamps and lanterns shall not be installed without authorization, neon lamps and lanterns shall be installed at a height of not less than 2.5 meters, and can be used only after passing the inspection of the relevant departments.
4, outdoor electrical lighting equipment should be moisture-proof type, the contractor is responsible for the implementation of moisture and other safety measures. 1, the final site plan should be submitted one month before the center for review and report to the public security department for approval. Stall erection and dismantling shall comply with the current fire safety regulations and all relevant regulations on stall erection and dismantling of the Center.
2. The organizer shall submit an application to the public security authorities one month in advance and fill in the "Application Form for Holding Large-scale Activities", and the main documents that should be available at the time of declaration:
a) the report, documents and approvals from the relevant higher authorities of the organizer applying for holding the activity.
b) a copy of the contractor's business license.
c) General floor plan, special decoration plan (including construction drawings)
d) Exhibition implementation program.
e) Exhibition venue security program. (Provided by the Center)
f) the need to explain to the public security department of the relevant materials (such as the necessity of exhibiting dangerous goods and the use of open flame, etc.).
g) Samples of various types of documents.
3. For booths requiring special decoration, the organizer shall notify the construction company to submit the booth design and construction drawings to the Center for review and approval two weeks prior to the entry into the exhibition halls, and the construction work shall be carried out only after the review and approval.
4. Two days before entering the hall, the statistical table of electricity consumption of the exhibition and the finalized booth map will be submitted to the project manager. 1. The contractor shall observe and ensure that all its agents, employees, contractors and exhibitors comply with the current national fire regulations and the relevant rules and regulations of the Center.
2. The fire escape routes inside and around the Center shall be clear and free from obstacles.
3. The following must be approved in writing by the Ningbo Municipal Fire Department:
(1) The display or use of any heaters, grills, heaters or open flames, candles, lanterns, torches, soldering devices, or other smoke-producing substances as exhibits.
(2) Exhibit or use any electrical, mechanical or chemical device that may be considered dangerous. Questionable devices or devices which may be considered hazardous shall be submitted to the appropriate regulatory agency for approval.
(3) All toxic or hazardous materials, including flammable liquids, compressed gases or dangerous chemicals.
4. Pay special attention to all fire-fighting equipment systems, air conditioning vents, elevator fire alarms at the pull cord, indoor lighting fixtures and monitoring devices can not be obstructed or obstructed vision. 1、Hazardous materials
(1) Unless otherwise permitted in writing by the center and the relevant government departments
a, open flames and temporary gases shall not be used in the center.
b. Explosives, petroleum and flammable, toxic and corrosive substances are not permitted in the Pavilion.
(2) Radioactive substances are not allowed to be brought into the Center, (as stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations and approved by the Center and the relevant governmental agencies at least one month before the rental period).
(3) At any time, the stock of solid or liquid placed in the rented area or booth shall not exceed its 1-day usage. The surplus shall be placed in suitable containers and sealed at a location agreed upon by the Government Department, the Centre and the Organizer.
(4) Toxic waste shall be placed in appropriate containers that are closed and marked, and the disposal of which shall be contacted with the relevant government department.
2. Pressure Vessels
(1) The Contractor shall be responsible for the proper delivery, storage and transportation of pressure vessels storing helium, compressed gas, argon, carbon dioxide, or any other pressure medium.
(2) Upon notification by the center to the contractor, the contractor shall immediately move the pressure vessel to a location designated by the center.
(3) All pressure vessels and equipment brought into the center shall comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
3. Demonstration and operation of exhibits
(1) Safety devices shall be fitted to all running machines when they are in operation. These safety devices shall be removed only when the machine is disconnected from the power source.
(2) Running machines must be kept at a relatively safe distance from visitors and the use of safety guards is recommended.
(3) Demonstration of machines and appliances is permitted only in booths in the rented area and operated by qualified personnel, and operation without supervision by said personnel is not permitted.
(4) No motors, engines or power-driven machines may be used if you have not taken adequate fire precautions.
4. Custody of exhibits and personal belongings
The Center is not responsible for the theft of items not entrusted to the Center. 1. Major painting of exhibits and display materials is not permitted in the Center. However, repair touch-up paint work on display materials is permitted in the exhibition halls during the admission period, and the necessary safety precautions and protection measures are taken for the said work.
These measures include:
(1) Painting work is carried out in a ventilated area.
(2) Use of non-toxic paints.
(3) Concrete floors are covered with plastic film lined with dry paper.
(4) Paint work shall not be done at the center vertical structure (i.e., wall).
(5) Paint shall not be rinsed in or around the center.
2. The contractor shall be responsible for any damage to the center as a result of the painting work and shall bear the cost of repairing the damage. Reptiles, fish, birds or other animals are not allowed in the Center unless they are approved exhibits or their use is related to exhibition activities or performances. The Organizer shall also certify to the Centre that proper precautions have been taken for the care and control of such animals as approved by the Centre and with the prior written approval of the Centre.
XII. Food and Beverage Samples
1. For the distribution of food and beverage samples in the Rental Area, the Organizer shall obtain written approval from the relevant authorities.
2. All food and beverage samples shall comply with the current health, safety and hygiene standards and all other Chinese food hygiene regulations. 1、The Center designates a special area for displaying the promotion's logo. For charges and details, please contact the Center.
2. The Center reserves the right to remove all markings found to be inappropriate in the rented area. 1. The contractor and its personnel shall comply with the emergency and evacuation measures established.
2. In case of emergency evacuation, the organizer shall obey the direction of the staff of the Center.
3, the organizers must be strictly limited to the number of spectators they organize, generally calculated on the basis of one person per square meter per day of the rented area of the exhibition hall.
4, the audience visit time should try to avoid holding the opening ceremony and the closing day of the afternoon, and control the total number of visitors on the day.
5, the center is responsible for the development of the exhibition during the fire emergency program, the contractor is responsible for reporting to the center and public security and other relevant departments for the record. 1、All keys of the contractor shall be returned to the center when the rental period of the venue expires.
2. In any case, the contractor is not allowed to make keys and install or remove permanent door locks in the center. 1、Lost and found should be inquired to the center's security brigade.
2. All lost and found items will be classified and kept for 30 days. upon expiration of the 30 days, the Center will decide on its own how the items should be handled, and no one else will have the right to pursue these items further.
