Ultraviolet disinfection is a low-temperature disinfection. Its advantage is that it can sterilize tableware (such as baby bottles and plastic tableware) that is not resistant to high temperature. Its disadvantage is incomplete disinfection (because light travels in a straight line, there was a dead angle in ancient times), but the combined disinfection of ultraviolet disinfection and ozone disinfection is basically sold in the market.
The advantage of high-temperature disinfection is that it can kill most germs through a certain period of high temperature without dead ends, but the disadvantage is that it can't disinfect tableware that is not resistant to high temperature such as plastic.
