Requirements for the construction of shopping places shall not damage the main landscape, shall not impede the tourists to visit, shall not occupy the road and viewing space with tourists; shopping places of architectural shapes, colors, materials and landscape environment is coordinated; the layout is reasonable, the external advertising signboards do not excessively affect the effect. Shopping places centralized management, clean environment, good order, no chasing and selling, forced selling and buying. There are unified management measures and means, including quality management, price management, measurement management, location management and after-sales service management. Comprehensive management 195 points. It includes nine aspects: organization and system, corporate image, tourism planning, training, handling tourists' complaints and opinions, promotion of tourist attractions, e-commerce, services for special groups, and social benefits. As the general requirement of comprehensive management, this part involves all aspects and is a comprehensive evaluation of the management level of the scenic spot by the manager. It requires sound management organization, clear responsibilities, sound rules and regulations, effective implementation, good corporate image, unique product image, good quality image, distinctive visual image and civilized staff image. There are clear quality objectives, clear quality policy or slogan, and they are known to all employees. Employees wear post clothing, wear badges, behave civilized and enthusiastic. There is a special master plan for tourism. Each regular employee has a training file. The tourism complaint system is sound and the complaint records are detailed. There are various ways to promote the attractions; the service programs for special groups are sound and can drive the local economic and social development.

Including air quality, noise index, surface water quality, landscape ecological heritage and ancient building protection, environmental atmosphere, the use of clean energy and environmentally friendly materials, facilities and equipment and other seven aspects. Requirements for scenic air quality to meet the national standards of the first level of standards, noise index to meet the national standards of the first level of standards, surface water quality to meet the requirements of national standards. The second part, the scoring criteria, totaling 100 points, is divided into two parts:
