1, the installation of the die
(1) Installation of the upper punch: loosening the lower punch fixing screw, turning the handwheel to make the lower punch mandrel lever to the highest position, the lower punch bar inserted into the hole of the lower punch mandrel lever (pay attention to the notched bevel of the lower punch bar aligned with the lower punch fastening screw and inserted to the bottom) and finally tighten the lower punch fixing screw. (Be careful to make the notched bevel of the lower punch aligned with the lower punch fastening screw, and to be inserted to the end) and finally tighten the lower punch fixing screw. (2) Installation of the lower punch: loosen the upper punch fastening nut, insert the upper punch mandrel rod into the hole of the upper punch mandrel rod, to the end, use a wrench to catch the lower part of the upper punch mandrel rod hexagonal, tighten the upper punch fastening nut.
(3) Install the middle mold: loosen the middle mold fixing screw, put the mold into the hole of the middle mold table plate, and make the lower punch into the hole of the middle mold, press it to the end, and then tighten the middle mold fixing screw. When you put the center die, you should pay attention to put the center die flat, so as not to be skewed into the hole when stuck, damage to the hole wall.
(4) turn the handwheel, so that the upper punch slowly down into the hole in the mold, observe any collision or friction phenomenon, if collision or friction occurs, then loosen the center mold plate fixing screws (two), adjust the center mold plate fixed position, so that the upper punch into the hole in the middle mold, and then tighten the center mold plate fixing screws, and so on until the adjustment of the upper punch into the middle of the mold without collision or friction to be qualified for the installation.
2, out of the piece of adjustment Turn the handwheel to make the lower punch to the highest position, observe the lower punch face and the mold plane is flush (or high or low will affect the piece of) if not flush, then loosen the butterfly screws, loosening the gear pressure plate to turn up the adjusting gear, so that the lower punch face and the plane of the middle mold is flush, and then press the pressure plate on, tighten the butterfly screws. Up to this point, the hand wheel by hand, empty running more than ten turns, if the machine is running normally, then you can add material test pressure, the next step in the adjustment.
3, filling depth adjustment (i.e., tablet weight adjustment) Loosen the butterfly screw, loosen the gear pressure plate. Turn the lower adjusting gear to the left to make the lower punch core rod rise, then the filling depth is reduced (the weight of tablets to reduce). After adjusting, still press the gear pressure plate on, and tighten the butterfly screw.
4, pressure adjustment (that is, the adjustment of tablet hardness) Loosen the rod lock nut, turn the upper punch core rod, turn left to make the upper punch core rod downward movement, then the pressure increases, the hardness of pressed tablets increased; conversely, turn right to reduce pressure, tablet hardness is reduced, adjusted with a wrench on the lower part of the upper punch core rod hexagonal, will still be the rod lock nut locking. So far, the adjustment of the mold is basically complete, and then start the motor test pressure more than ten tablets, check the weight of the tablet, hardness and surface finish and other quality such as qualified, you can feed the production. In the production process, still have to check the quality of tablets, timely adjustment.
5, the disassembly of the mold
1) disassembly of the upper punch: loosen the upper punch fastening nut, the upper punch can be pulled out, if the fit is tighter, can be used with a pair of pliers clamped on the upper punch rod to pull it out, but be careful not to damage the edge of the punch.
(2) dismantle the mold: loosen the mold fixing screws, screw down the punch fixing screws, loosen the butterfly screws, loosen the gear pressure plate. Turn to move the adjusting gear so that the lower punch core rod up medicine ten millimeters, gently turn the handwheel, so that the lower punch core rod will be a part of the top of the mold, the hand will be taken out of the middle mold, if the middle mold in the hole with the tight, do not turn the handwheel to the top of the hard, so as to avoid damage to the machine parts. At this time to remove the middle mold table plate and then take out the middle mold.
(3) disassembly of the lower punch: the first has been screwed down the punch fixing screw, and then turn the handwheel so that the lower punch rod to the highest position, you can pull out the upper punch rod by hand. If the fit is tight, can be clamped out (pay attention not to damage the punch edge).
(4) after the dismantling of the punch mold must be turned to adjust the gear, so that the lower punch core bar back down about 10 mm, turn the handwheel so that the lower punch core bar to the highest position, the top is not higher than the bottom of the mold plate with can (this step should not be ignored, so as to avoid the occurrence of the lower punch core bar and the middle of the mold when the use of the accident of the top collision). Finally, the downstroke fixing screws are still screwed on.
