I graduated from North China Electric Power University, majoring in engineering management, I like soccer and reading.
The induction training for new employees, organized by the company's Human Resources Department, was very short, only one week, but it benefited me a lot. Mr. Lu gave a wonderful speech. It's really fortunate to be able to enter China's hydropower, and I treasure and value this job very much. When I first came to the company, I saw the skilled and busy work of my colleagues around me, I was a bit overwhelmed, and I wanted to join them as soon as possible, but I was particularly ignorant, and I was in a dazed state on the first day.
