Free health checkups
All parents of active duty conscripts in rural areas with Zhejiang household registration and surviving family members of martyrs enjoying regular pension subsidies are entitled to free health checkups once a year, organized by the people's government of the county where their household registration is located.
Voluntary choice
Rural parents of active duty conscripts and survivors of martyrs enjoying regular pension subsidies may voluntarily choose to participate in the health checkup, and independently determine the medical checkup items within the scope of the regulations.

In principle, qualified medical institutions in the county where the household registration is located will undertake the examination and establish health records.
