Note: When connecting, the two connecting surfaces of the horn and the transducer must be consistent and locked. Don't lock the connecting screw because it is too long or the sliding teeth can't be locked, otherwise the sound wave transmission will not be smooth and the machine will be damaged.

3. When loading and unloading the welding head, two wrenches must be used to clamp the welding head and the transducer respectively, and it is not allowed to lock only a part of the welding head or load and unload it, so as not to damage the portable vibrator.

4. After checking that 1 and 2 o'clock positions are installed correctly, insert the power cord socket into the external power socket and pull down the power switch. At this point, the power indicator lights up.

5. Gently press the sound wave control switch, and then you can hear the "squeak" sound of the welding head when the sound wave reaches the welding head, indicating that the machine works normally and can be put into use.

6. When the machine is not working normally, don't disassemble the equipment without permission. Please inform the supplier or send the equipment to the manufacturer for inspection and maintenance.
