Enterprise business license (copy) or other approved documents for practicing or establishment (copy of the corporate identity card of enterprise agent);
Chinese People's **** and State Organization Code Certificate;
Land Tax Registration Certificate;
Private enterprises such as the relevant documents can not clearly identify the nature of the unit, should be supplemented with social security card related information that can prove its private nature (eg: proof of the business sector, the State Tax Registration Certificate, capital verification report, etc.);
Institutions should be attached to the document approval of the establishment of the relevant institutions;
Offices in Han should be attached to the A letter of authorization from the head office or head agency;
Attached information: a copy of the ID card of the newly insured employee (a copy of the hukou or temporary residence permit is also required for employees whose hukou is not in the city).
