What is the Swiss ceralon coating

The two-layer system is extremely hard, has excellent temperature resistance and non-stick properties, and is very easy to clean. At high temperatures, CERALON does not produce any dangerous thermal decomposition products. Due to the lower curing temperature, the energy consumption during the production of the product is lower than with conventional coatings.
