1. The design was drawn in a 3D modeling program and then the cardboard was cut with a laser cutter. It was easy to put together because the grooves had been pre-drawn.

3. The laser cutter works best, but it can also be done with a hobby knife.
4. Although the cardboard itself is already strong, it is reinforced with glue.
5. The handle of the cart is a small wooden stick.
6. The cardboard wheels are glued with copper tubing and placed in holes in the bottom of the cart.
7. The wheels on the other side were added using hot glue.
