Nineteenth old-age care institutions should determine the charging standard of service items according to their registration type, business nature, facilities and equipment conditions, management level, service quality, nursing level and other factors.
Old-age care institutions shall publicize the charging standards and basis of various service items in a prominent position, and abide by the provisions of the state and local governments on price management.
Twentieth pension institutions should accept and use donated materials and accept voluntary services in accordance with relevant state regulations.
Twenty-first pension institutions should be on duty 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of the elderly.
Article 22 Old-age care institutions shall perform their fire safety duties according to law, improve the fire safety management system, implement the fire responsibility system, allocate and maintain fire control facilities and equipment, carry out daily fire prevention inspections, and regularly organize fire safety training such as fire fighting and emergency evacuation.
Twenty-third pension institutions shall formulate emergency plans.
After an emergency occurs, the old-age care institution shall immediately start the emergency handling procedures, report to the relevant departments according to the division of responsibilities for emergency management, and report the emergency handling results to the civil affairs department where the license is implemented and the civil affairs department where the residence is located.
Twenty-fourth encourage old-age care institutions to take out liability insurance to reduce the operational risks of institutions.
Twenty-fifth old-age care institutions should establish information files for the elderly and properly preserve relevant original materials. Old-age care institutions should protect the personal information of the elderly.
Twenty-sixth pension institutions should always listen to the opinions and suggestions of the elderly, and give play to the supervision and promotion role of the elderly in the service and management of pension institutions.
Article 27 If an old-age care institution suspends or terminates its service due to change or termination, it shall submit a resettlement plan for the elderly to the civil affairs department that implements the license 60 days before the service is suspended or terminated. The plan shall specify the number of the elderly, the resettlement plan and the implementation date. , can be implemented only after approval. The civil affairs department shall complete the audit within 20 days from the date of receiving the resettlement plan. The civil affairs department shall urge the old-age care institutions to implement the resettlement plan and provide timely help for their proper placement of the elderly.
