The four stages of PDCA cycle, namely "plan-implement-check-improve" management mode, embody a specific management method and a set of scientific work procedures of scientific epistemology. The application of PDCA management mode is of great benefit to improve the efficiency of our daily work. It can be used not only for quality management, but also for other management work.
However, PDCA does not contain human creativity. He just tells people how to improve their existing jobs, so this leads to inertia thinking. People who are used to PDCA can easily follow the process, because there is no pressure for them to realize their creativity. Therefore, PDCA has some limitations in practical engineering.
PDCA cycle application stage:
1, planning stage. Through market research and user visits, we should understand the user's requirements for product quality and determine the quality policy, quality objectives and quality plan. Including the investigation and analysis of the current situation, determining the main reasons and making plans.
2. Design and implementation stage. Implement the content specified in the previous stage. Conduct product design, trial production, testing and personnel training before the implementation of the plan according to quality standards.
3. Inspection stage. Mainly during or after the implementation of the plan, check the implementation to see if the expected results and effects of the plan are achieved.
4. Processing stage. Mainly according to the inspection results, take corresponding measures. Consolidate the achievements, incorporate successful experiences into the standards as far as possible, standardize them, and transfer the remaining problems to the next PDCA cycle to solve.
