Chai Shulin (1913--1995): born in Steamed Bunying Village, Zhangbei County, Hebei Province (later moved to Chaijiaying Village, Kangbao County), he was actively involved in the revolution in his early years, and joined the Chinese ****production party in 1936. Comrade Chai Shulin life for the anti-Japanese base construction, the liberation of the Chinese people, national defense engineering and Shanghai human defense engineering construction has made positive contributions.
Meng Shiren (1851--1924): born in wan kangbao county, at the age of 19, passed the examination, in 1904 with siblings 6 people and the poor tenants moved to harahan (i.e., kangbao tuchengzi area) territorial land resettlement, meng shiren for the chief office. Since the land reclamation and cultivation, Meng Shiren has never had any land disputes because of his good management. In his later years, he founded a private school so that the children of poor families could be enrolled in education. 1910 was a severe drought, Meng Shiren for the people to plan funds to transport and purchase seeds, 1911 fall harvest, the people from starvation.
Song Tingfu (birth and death unknown), a native of Tianzhen, Shanxi Province, worked as a longtime laborer at the age of 16 and was a hard worker who lived a frugal life. Later, he bought 5 hectares of barren land in Torogai (Songjiaying, Deng Yufang Township) and became rich, often helping the poor.
Chai Senfa (1885--1965) was the father of Chai Shulin, the former deputy commander of the Shanghai Police District. He was an enlightened landlord in Kangbao County and contributed to the revolution and liberation of Kangbao County. During the land reform, he performed positively and offered 2,800 mu of land to be returned to the peasants.
Kong Qingyun (1903---1976) was born in Yuanshui Village, Wuan County, Hebei Province.
Kong Qingyun (1903----1976), born in Yuanshui Village, Wuan County, Hebei Province, was proficient in traditional Chinese medicine, worked as a pharmacy clerk, and then opened a pharmacy. 1928 to 1933, served as a member of the Kangbao Chamber of Commerce, and in 1956, after the public-private partnership, served as a standing member of the County Federation of Industry and Commerce, and in 1958 transferred to the county hospital as a Chinese medicine practitioner, to save the lives of the injured and the conscientious, highly praised by the masses. He has been elected as the county people's representative for many times and attended the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth people's congresses of Kangbao County.
Wang Shaopei (1908----1966), born in Daxing County, Hebei Province, studied since childhood and was admitted to the Beijing Accelerated Military Medical School organized by General Feng Yuxiang. After graduation, he served as a military doctor under General Feng, and in 1930, he quit the army and practiced medicine to earn a living. 1934, he came to Kangbao and organized the first Western medical clinic, bringing advanced medical technology to the foreign countries, and his medical skills and ethics were well known both inside and outside the county. After liberation, has been elected as a people's representative, members of the Political Consultative Conference, etc., and has made outstanding contributions on the medical front.
