1. Check whether the phone has a film, if there is recommended to cancel the screen film and try.
2. If the phone's touch screen is completely out of order, it is recommended that you restart the machine and then observe again.

4. If it is not effective, back up the data in the device (contacts, SMS, photos, etc.) and try to restore the factory settings.
