On October 21st, Dongfeng Nissan 16th After-sales Service Skills Competition Regional Competition Finale - Haikou Station was successfully concluded in Haikou Dongfeng Nanfeng Hailong Franchise Store. Weng Guochun, Assistant Director of After-sales Service Department of Dongfeng Nissan Motor Sales Co., Ltd. and other related leaders, Zhao Junchao, Deputy Director of East China Region 1, South China Region, Great Bay Region, Lin Cheng, Deputy Director and regional commissioners visited the opening ceremony site, while representatives of suppliers such as PPG, Goofy, Akzo, Festo, SATA, and so on, came to the competition site to support.
The 2-day competition saw 40 players from East China, South China and the Greater Bay Area competing for the positions of Service Reception Manager and Coating Technician***, each with their own qualifications for advancement.
Service reception manager of the competition, 21 players were corresponding skills, each show their skills. The competition assesses the style display, theory test, listening to VOC, customer complaint response, proposition speech, comprehensive analysis and other links. Not only test the accumulation of experience and application of skills in the usual work practice, but also examine the necessary service work in the field and emotional stress management ability, all-round and multi-dimensional race out of the style! In the end, the winners and runners-up of the three regional competitions were all worthy of the title, and the winners and runners-up were successfully promoted to the national finals.
