This standard is formulated. This standard specifies the emission limits of pollutants in raw coal mining and coal preparation water, the emission limits of atmospheric pollutants in coal ground production system, and the technical requirements for pollutant control in coal gangue dump, coal storage yard and loading and unloading yard owned by coal mining and mineral processing enterprises.
This standard is applicable to the pollution prevention and control management of existing coal mines (including open-pit coal mines), coal preparation plants and their waste hills, coal storage and loading and unloading places, as well as the environmental impact assessment of coal industrial construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the environmental protection acceptance after completion and the pollution prevention and control management after production. ?

GB 18466-2005 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Institutions This standard has replaced the relevant medical institutions in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978- 1996) and the Sewage Discharge Requirements for Medical Institutions (GB 18466-20065438).
In order to control the discharge of pollutants in raw coal mining, coal preparation, coal storage and loading and unloading places, protect human health, protect the ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of coal industry, according to the Environmental Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Water Pollution Prevention Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Air Pollution Prevention Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and Solid Waste Pollution of People's Republic of China (PRC).
