1, hot rolled ordinary sheet steel

Hot rolled ordinary sheet steel according to its use can be divided into ordinary sheet steel, pickled sheet steel, roofing plate, oil drum plate, patterned steel, shipbuilding steel and automotive steel.

1) hot-rolled ordinary sheet steel (GB912-89, GB708-88)

Hot-rolled ordinary sheet steel commonly known as black iron, because the surface of the steel plate is cloudy blue-black and named.

Mainly used in the manufacture of surface quality requirements are not high, do not need to deep-drawn products, such as ventilation ducts, machinery covers, switch boxes, file cabinets, etc., but also commonly used as welded pipes and cold-formed steel blanks. Widely used in various industrial sectors.

In line with the provisions of GB700-88 carbon structural steel chemical composition and GB700-79 (ordinary carbon structural steel technical conditions).

(4) steel plate specifications, dimensions and production units

Steel plate size in accordance with the provisions of GB709 (attached to the plate class after). Thickness ordering group spacing: 0.5-0.6,0.7-0.8,0.9-1.0,12-1.25,1.4-1.5,1.75-2 and 2.5-4 (mm).

Because of the annealing and pickling treatment, remove the surface oxidation layer, so that the surface is bright white, stamping performance is also improved, this steel plate is suitable for the manufacture of good surface quality, need to stamping, but the strength requirements of the product is not high.

Acid-washed thin steel plate according to its surface quality can be divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ two groups; according to the depth of its cupping can be divided into ordinary (P) and deep-drawn (S) two levels.

(1) the main purpose

Mainly used in such as bustle shells, flashlight shells, instrument housings, lamps, automobile brake drums.

(2) steel plate specifications

The thickness of the steel plate is 0.25-2mm.

Note: The material grade, chemical composition, mechanical properties of the steel plate is the same as in the previous section (hot-rolled ordinary thin steel plate).

3) Thin steel plate for oil drums (GB3276-89)

(1) the main purpose

Specialized in the manufacture of 200L (liters) and other oil drums such as the barrel body, lid and bottom.

(2) Material grade and chemical composition

The material of thin steel plate for oil drums is made of ordinary carbon structural steel # 2 and # 3 sedentary steel (in accordance with the provisions of the GB700) and high-quality carbon structural steel in the 08, 10 steel.
