3. The working hours of the day shift are basically normal, and there may be duty on weekends. The night shift works 12 hours per shift, two days of work and two days of rest. The company provides simple medical insurance, 14 days with New Year's leave and 7 days sick leave per year. There is no limit to the number of times and days you will pass during the three-year period, but it is customary at UMC to take up to two weeks at a time.
