1. First of all, the bank card password does not have the function of automatically recovering the number of password errors. That is to say, if you enter it twice today and 1 again tomorrow, the password will be locked.
2. If the password is locked, the cardholder can only manually unlock the password at the bank counter with his ID card, and it will not be automatically unlocked.
3. Personal online banking will be automatically unlocked 24 hours after the password is locked incorrectly.
4. I take my ID card and bank card to any local peer network to manually report the loss of my password and reset it.
There are two ways to activate the social security card:
1. The insured person needs to bring his social security card and the original identity certificate to the corresponding bank outlet to activate the social security card, and the medical insurance account will return to normal after activation. Use social security card to directly enable social security function in designated medical insurance hospitals.
2. When the insured uses the social security card for the first time in the designated medical insurance pharmacy, he can activate the social security card by inserting the original medical insurance card and then inserting the social security card as required.

Social security card issuing areas should establish standardized human resources and social security business processes, and all businesses have strong comprehensive coordination to ensure the effective application of social security cards. At the same time, it shall also meet the following technical conditions:
(a) to establish a business management system, database and information network suitable for the use of social security cards;
(two) have the technical force to support the management and application of social security cards, including personnel and equipment, and be able to quickly complete the system layout of social security card applications;
(3) Formulating standardized and feasible implementation plans, including application design plans, cost solutions, information collection plans and specific distribution plans;
(four) to establish a scientific and perfect social security card issuance management system and clear internal control procedures, and formulate emergency plans;
(5) Other conditions stipulated by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
