Reimbursable transfer, according to the quality of equipment, from the transfer unit and the transfer unit of the two sides negotiated pricing, according to the relevant provisions of the paid transfer procedures.

3. Sequestration and handling of equipment

It not only can not create value for the enterprise, but also occupy the production site, consume maintenance costs, natural wear and tear, become a burden on the enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise should try to idle equipment early use up, really do not need to use the timely processing or into the transfer market.

Where out of service for three months | exams | more than the equipment, the use of the department of the application form for the closure of the equipment, after approval, notify the financial sector to temporarily stop the depreciation of the equipment. Sealed equipment should be cut off from the power supply, careful maintenance, on the anti-rust oil, cover (set) on the protective cover, generally sealed in place. This can make part of the enterprise temporarily unused equipment can slow down the speed and extent of its loss. At the same time to reduce maintenance costs, reduce production costs.

The equipment has been sealed, there should be obvious signs of sealing, and designate a person responsible for storage, inspection. Sealed idle equipment must strengthen the maintenance and management, especially should pay attention to the attached machine, the integrity of the annex.

Where the sealing of more than one year of equipment, after considering the development of enterprises, confirmed that the equipment is not needed, should be filled out a detailed list of idle equipment, reported to the higher authorities to participate in the transfer of surplus equipment utilization. The transfer of idle equipment shall be handled in accordance with the "Management Measures for the Utilization of Idle Equipment in Enterprises" of the Production Office of the State Council. Actively carry out idle equipment processing is a regular important work of the equipment department.
