Semi-enclosed compressor or screw compressor is selected for large cold storage. Ammonia refrigeration compressor can also be considered when selecting, because ammonia refrigeration compressor has high power and can be used for multiple purposes, but its installation and management are complicated.

● Evaporator: Under normal circumstances, a fan is used as the evaporator in a high-temperature warehouse, which is characterized by high refrigeration speed, but it is easy to cause water loss of refrigerated products; The evaporation pipe made of seamless steel pipe is mainly used in medium and low temperature cold storage, which is characterized by good constant temperature effect and timely cold storage.

● Condenser: The condenser has air cooling, water cooling and the combination of air and water. Air cooling is only used in small refrigeration equipment, and water-cooled condensers can be used in all forms of refrigeration systems.

● Thermal expansion valve: Thermal expansion valve is divided into internal balance expansion valve and external balance expansion valve, and the inlet pressure of evaporator is felt below the diaphragm of internal balance expansion valve; What is felt under the diaphragm of the external balance expansion valve is the outlet pressure of the evaporator.

● Liquid storage tank: Freon is stored to ensure that the refrigerant is always saturated.

● Solenoid valve: to prevent high-pressure refrigerant liquid from entering the evaporator when the compressor is stopped, to prevent the compressor from being hit by liquid when it is started next time. In addition, when the cold storage temperature reaches the set value, the thermostat acts, the solenoid valve loses power, the compressor stops when the low pressure reaches the stop set value, when the cold storage temperature rises to the set value, the thermostat acts, the solenoid valve is energized, and the compressor starts when the low pressure rises to the compressor start set value.

● High and low pressure protector: prevent high pressure from being too high and low pressure from being too low, and protect the compressor.

● Temperature controller: equivalent to the cold storage brain controlling the start and stop of refrigeration, defrosting and fan opening and closing in the cold storage.

● Dry filter: filters impurities and moisture in the system.

● Oil pressure protector: ensure that the compressor has enough lubricating oil.

● Oil separator: Its function is to separate the lubricating oil from the high-pressure steam discharged from the refrigeration compressor to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the device. According to the principle of oil separation, oil particles in high-pressure steam can be separated by gravity. Generally speaking, when the air velocity is lower than 1m/s, oil particles with a diameter above 0.2mm contained in steam can be separated. There are four commonly used oil separators: washing type, centrifugal type, packing type and filtering type.

● Evaporator pressure regulating valve: used to prevent evaporator pressure (and evaporation temperature) from falling below the specified value. Sometimes it is also used to adjust the evaporator pressure to forcibly adapt to the change of load.
