Unfortunately, no one has been able to solve this problem by simply adding more workers to a bottleneck process (but not enough workers on the lathe itself). No one will explore why this process becomes a bottleneck and is there a solution? Sometimes, in order to increase lathe utilization, when one lathe is idle, another product is started, and there's no concern for any consistency in the flow of intermediate products, much less any consideration of the amount of intermediate products being moved. Because there is a ****ty understanding that solving these problems is not worth the money, it doesn't get enough attention. This is another big problem, I do not know whether it is the equipment commissioning staff's skill level is not enough, or the lathe is too old, in short, these lathes are always out of the problem, which is very fatal to the workshop production.
