Is there starch in tomatoes and cucumbers

Good afternoon, starch is found in all tomatoes, cucumbers and most green vegetables and fruits. Starch itself is a polysaccharide that is widely found in the roots and fruits of most known plants, and to a lesser extent in the bodies of animals. Compared to starch-rich roots and tubers such as groundnuts, potatoes and cassava, tomatoes are much lower in starch, and the more water-rich the fruit, the less starch it contains (so you must not have heard of cucumber starch, celery starch, or tomato starch, or whatever, the extraction of which is not worth it), so please refer to it as appropriate.
