Work-related injury management system
1. Purpose:
In order to enhance employees' awareness of production safety and standardize the company's work-related injury management, this system is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Zhejiang Provincial Work-related Injury Insurance Regulations" and laws and regulations, and in combination with the company's actual situation.
2. Scope of application and effective time:
2.1 Applicability:
All employees of Wenzhou Oude Door Control Technology Development Co., Ltd.
2.2 Effective date:
This system will take effect from November 10, 2010.
3. Responsibility area and safety management person in charge
3.1 Responsibility area: production room, workshop; raw material warehouse, construction site and boiler room, etc.
3.2 Management Responsible Person: Responsible regional director or responsible person.
3.3 Personnel Administration Office: Responsible for work-related injury insurance and work-related injury management.

4. Work Injury Management Procedure:
4.1 Prevention and Control of Work Injury Accidents
4.2 Apply for insurance
4.2.1 When new employees join the company, they must submit valid certificates or supporting documents (including ID cards, health certificates, etc.) to the Personnel Administration Office.
4.2.2 Within 7 working days after a new employee joins the company, the Human Resources Administration Office will go to the insurance department to apply for work-related injury insurance or personal accident insurance.
4.2.3 Before the 30th of each month, the Personnel Administration Office will handle the relevant procedures for the renewal of insurance for the insured persons in the next month and the update of the persons who withdraw from the insurance.
4.3 Accident handling
4.3.1 On-site handling:
A) When a work-related injury accident occurs, the personnel at the accident site must also report to the first responsible person in the responsible area or report to the authorized person on duty.
B) The first responsible person or authorized person must arrive at the accident scene within five minutes to understand and handle the on-site work.
4.3.2 Accident reporting:
A) Accident reporting: The first responsible person or the authorized person must submit the accident report, the injured’s medical records, and disease reports within 12 hours. Submit the diagnosis certificate or hospitalization notice to the Personnel Administration Office.
B) Accident application: The Personnel Administration Office will report the accident to the insurance department according to relevant requirements within 24 hours.
4.2.3 Medical Termination Treatment
The Personnel Administration Office must take the injured person to the insurance department to obtain a work-related injury appraisal application form within 3 months after the accident, such as 3 months For those who have not yet been discharged from the hospital, take the injured person to the insurance department to obtain a work-related injury appraisal application form within 3 months from the date of discharge.
A) After the work-related injury medical treatment period expires, the Human Resources Administration Office is responsible for taking the injured who need to be signed for work-related injuries to the designated hospital for work-related injury appraisal. Those who do not need to undergo work-related injury appraisal will issue a work-injury treatment closing opinion.
B) The Personnel Administration Office is responsible for tracking and implementing insurance company claims. If the insurance company refuses to pay the claim because the injured person provides false documents or information, all hospital expenses and consequences will be borne by the injured person himself.

1. If the treatment cost of a work-related injury is less than 100 yuan (including 100 yuan), the insurance company will not pay compensation. The first, second and third responsible persons shall bear 50%, 30% and 20% of the cost respectively. %.
2. The above-mentioned work-related injury fines for the relevant responsible persons will be listed in the work-related injury case closing report by the Personnel Administration Office when the case is closed, and will be submitted to the general manager for approval before being sent to the Finance Office to be deducted from the responsible person's salary.
3. The maximum penalty limit for persons responsible for the accident is 1,000 yuan per time.
5. Other relevant instructions
5.1 Treatment expenses:
The department head will first borrow money from the Finance Office to advance payment, and then apply for refund to the Finance Office after the work-related injury claim is settled. payment procedures.
5.2 Examination and drug expenses:
Special examination and treatment items (such as CT examination) must be notified to the Personnel Administration Office in advance and submitted to the insurance company for approval. Expenses for Chinese patent medicines or supplements No reimbursement will be given.
