Mohe Customs, which belongs to Harbin Customs, is located at 53 degrees north latitude, with an annual average temperature of -5.5 degrees, a freezing period of 200-240 days and a minimum temperature of around -50 degrees. Winter is cold and long, as long as 8 months. The first crude oil station was built deep in the mountains, adjacent to Heilongjiang, and 0/90km away from Mohe County.
Facing the harsh natural environment, Mohe Customs challenged the extreme cold, stuck to the front line of business, and constantly optimized its services to help crude oil import.
Implement "7×24-hour" on-site supervision service at Mohe First Station, and implement "point-to-point" and "one-to-one" services at the same time, fulfill the promise of on-call and 24-hour service, and ensure the timely and rapid customs clearance of imported crude oil, in-pipe testing equipment and temporary transit personnel; At the same time, we pay attention to communication with enterprises and realize that both customs and enterprises are "refueling" for the motherland.
Scientific supervision:
Mohe Customs constantly standardizes the process and realizes scientific supervision. Create a unique brand of crude oil supervision, and continuously improve the ability and level of crude oil supervision through various forms such as "internal training and external introduction" and special research.
A research group on crude oil supervision was set up, and the archives of important parts such as enterprise data, instruments, valve chambers and storage tanks were established. Key instruments and equipment shall be sealed by customs, and the reservation system for two persons shall be strictly implemented. Inspect the tank farm and metering room regularly every day.
Real-time monitoring of data instruments in the whole station, daily comparison of imported crude oil data, combined with detection and analysis data, always grasp the quality data of imported crude oil, so as to achieve accurate service and scientific supervision.
