Measures for the administration of medical massage for the blind
Article 3 Local disabled persons' federations at or above the county level, human resources and social security departments, health administrative departments and traditional Chinese medicine administrative departments shall manage medical massage for the blind according to the division of responsibilities.
Article 4 A blind person who meets one of the following conditions may apply for medical massage for the blind in a medical institution with the approval certificate issued by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation with districts:
(a) before the promulgation of these measures, it has obtained the qualifications for professional and technical positions in medical massage for the blind;
(two) before the promulgation of these measures, he has obtained a technical secondary school degree or above in medical massage for the blind and has been engaged in medical massage for the blind for more than 2 years;
(three) before the promulgation of these measures, he has been engaged in medical massage for the blind in medical institutions 15 years;
(four) before the promulgation of these measures, he has been engaged in medical massage for the blind in medical institutions for more than 2 years and less than 0/5 years, and passed the examination of medical massage for the blind;
(five) to obtain a technical secondary school degree or above in medical massage for the blind, and to pass the examination for medical massage for the blind.
The examination of blind medical massage personnel shall be organized by the China Disabled Persons' Federation, and the examination methods shall be formulated. China Blind Massage Guidance Center is responsible for the specific implementation.
Blind people who have passed the examination of blind medical massage personnel have obtained the examination certificate, and at the same time have obtained the qualifications for primary professional and technical positions of blind medical massage personnel.
Fifth blind medical massage personnel who meet the provisions of Article 6 of these Measures may apply for opening a blind medical massage center.
Article 6 The establishment of a medical massage clinic for the blind shall meet the following conditions:
(a) the promoters should be blind medical massage personnel;
(two) at least 5 years engaged in medical massage activities for the blind;
(three) at least one massage bed and corresponding massage supplies, with a construction area of not less than 40 square meters;
(4) Necessary disinfection equipment;
(five) there are corresponding rules and regulations, and there are operating rules for blind medical massage technology formulated or recognized by the state;
(6) Being able to bear legal responsibilities independently;
(seven) a certificate issued by the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation with districts agreeing to set up a medical massage center for the blind.
