3. Practicing assistant physicians are entitled to organize and participate in physician associations, various academic activities, and receive continuing education in accordance with the law.
4. Practicing assistant physicians have the right to apply for the examination as a practicing physician, register as a practicing physician, and conduct corresponding professional title examinations and reviews in accordance with the law.
5. Practicing assistant physicians are entitled to basic conditions for obtaining medical equipment corresponding to their practice activities in accordance with relevant regulations.
6. Practicing assistant physicians shall not infringe upon their personal dignity and personal safety during their practice activities, receive wages, allowances and welfare benefits, and participate in the democratic management of departments and hospitals in accordance with the law.
7. Practicing assistant physicians must engage in practice activities under the guidance of licensed physicians and in accordance with their practice categories, and are not allowed to practice alone or across categories.
8. During practice activities, you should proactively seek instructions and reports from practicing physicians and superior physicians, and implement them conscientiously.
9. Practicing assistant physicians are not allowed to conduct separate prescriptions, separate medical orders, separate surgeries, separate special examinations, or conduct separate medically risky and invasive examinations and treatments.
10. Medical certificates shall not be issued separately.
11. Practicing assistant physicians should abide by the law, be dedicated to their work, be proactive, work hard to study business, update knowledge, and improve professional and technical levels.
12. Practicing assistant physicians must conscientiously study medical diagnosis and treatment routines and strictly abide by technical operating specifications.
13. Patients’ privacy shall not be leaked, the patient’s condition and treatment status shall be truthfully informed, and the patient’s right to informed consent shall be fully respected. Notification of important matters should be completed by the superior physician, and the obligation to inform should be made after obtaining the opinion of the superior physician.
14. Do not take advantage of work to ask for, accept, or accept in disguised form red envelopes, gifts, etc. from patients and their families.
15. Do not accept various commissions and rebates provided by drug dealers, equipment dealers, etc.
16. No second career related to medical treatment is allowed.
17. If a practicing assistant physician conducts medical activities on his own without consulting or obtaining the consent of his superior physician, he shall bear the corresponding responsibility if any medical defects, medical disputes, or medical errors result. .
18. After the practicing assistant physician consults the superior physician, if any medical defects, medical disputes or medical errors are caused by the superior physician's indulgence in his medical behavior, the corresponding liability shall be borne by the superior physician.
