Hello!
We recommend that you try changing the update address. Please follow the steps below:
1. Click the "K" icon in the lower right corner of the desktop to open the Kaspersky program interface;
2. Click "Settings" in the upper right corner of the interface;
3. Click the third icon in the upper left corner, which looks like a globe;
4. Click the "Update Source..." button on the right.
5. Click "Add";
6. Delete the original content in "Source" and paste the content in quotation marks "ftp://ftp.kaspersky.com/" ;
7. Click "OK";
8. Return to the "Update Source" tab and uncheck "Kaspersky Lab Update Server";
9. Click "OK" twice.
10. Click "Immunity Update" in Kaspersky's main interface.
11. Click "Run Update" to update the virus database.
After the update is completed, please re-execute steps 1-3, remove the check mark in front of ftp://ftp.kaspersky.com/ in the "Update Source" interface, and check "Kaspersky Experimental" again "Room Update Server", confirm and return to the main interface of the program.
Please check the virus database update and confirm that the program no longer prompts errors. If the problem still exists, please contact us in time!
