Buried medical wastewater treatment equipment set

Oil separation tank: used to separate suspended solids from water with different densities in wastewater. The structure of grease trap mostly adopts advection. Oily wastewater enters the rectangular oil separation tank through the water distribution tank and flows slowly along the horizontal direction. During the flowing process, the oil product floats to the water surface, is pushed into the oil collecting pipe by the oil collecting pipe or the oil scraper installed on the tank surface, and flows into the dehydration tank. Magazines such as heavy oil deposited in the oil separation tank are piled up in the sludge bucket at the bottom of the tank and enter the sludge pipe through the sludge discharge pipe. After oil separation, the wastewater overflows to the drainage tank for subsequent treatment to remove emulsified oil and other pollutants. The oil separation tank is equipped with two oil drains, one side of which can be closed according to the actual installation position, and the oil drain on one side needs to be equipped with a valve. When discharging oil, the valve can be opened, and the water outlet can be temporarily closed when necessary to improve the oil level and discharge the floating oil. You can also use the method of opening the tank cover and skimming the oil with a spoon. The grease trap is equipped with stainless steel filter screen, which has good grid function. When vegetable residues and sundries are discharged into the grease trap, they can be effectively intercepted, and only need to be salvaged with a colander. If there is too much grease on the filter screen, pull it out, rinse it with hot water, and then plug it back in. According to the use situation, if the oil on the surface of the oil separation tank is more than 5cm thick, it must be drained. There are two sewage outlets at the bottom of the grease trap, which are usually closed after adding valves. When the grease trap is thoroughly cleaned, the valve can be opened to discharge all the water and mud accumulated at the bottom of the grease trap. According to the different installation methods and treatment methods, the grease trap can be divided into: above-ground, buried, semi-buried, suspended, automatic oil scraping grease trap, air-floating automatic oil scraping grease trap and filter element grease trap.
