A, housing lessees should go to the leased premises in the city, county (district) real estate department or its commissioned real estate transaction management agency for housing lease registration and filing, and submit the following materials:
(a) "Housing Lease Registration and Filing Application Form";
(b) the housing lease contract;
(iii) Certificate of Housing Ownership or other legal title certificate;
(iv) Identity certificates of the lessor and the lessee.
II. The materials submitted by the housing lessee shall be true, legal and valid, and shall not conceal the true situation or provide false materials.
Three, in line with the following requirements, the city, county (district) real estate department or its commissioned real estate transaction management agency shall, within three working days, for housing lease registration and filing, to the housing lessee issued "housing lease registration and filing certificate":
(a) the parties to the application materials submitted by the parties complete and in accordance with the statutory form;
(ii) The lessor is the same as the subject recorded in the certificate of ownership of the building or other legal title certificate;
(3) does not belong to the "Administrative Measures for the Lease of Commodity Housing", Article 6 of the provisions of the housing shall not be rented.
Four, the housing tenant submitted application materials are incomplete or do not meet the legal form, the city, county (district) real estate departments shall one-time inform the housing lease parties need to make corrections.
