Local food and drug supervision and management departments at or above the county level of the applicant's application for a food license shall be dealt with in accordance with the following circumstances:
(a) the application does not need to obtain a food license, shall immediately inform the applicant that it is not necessary to obtain a food license, and shall notify the applicant of this. Business license, the applicant shall immediately inform the inadmissibility.
