(3) Two adjustments for minors
(1) Only one legal guardian needs to be present for minors to apply for a passport
According to China's relevant laws and regulations, minors must have a legal guardian present to give consent when applying for a passport. Before the adjustment, we required both parents to be present at the same time.
But with the development of the times, the mobility of people has increased, the pace of work has accelerated, and it is increasingly difficult for both parents to be present at the same time. (2) Unification of materials for minors applying for travel certificates
