I. Description of the Project
Several lines of refrigerators produced by a refrigerator company in South Korea will be moved to South Korea by sea, and the equipment will continue to be used after cleaning in South Korea. The disassembled equipment weighs 23 tons and is hoisted into the container. The assembly line is huge and the shape is abnormal. According to the characteristics of the assembly line, transportation conditions, laws and regulations and the requirements of economic and environmental protection, and combined with four standards, we formulated the design scheme.

Third, the design scheme
1. Adopt high-density pine imported from Russia as the main material (wood is economical and environmentally friendly).
2. In order to prevent the equipment from loosening and cracking during hoisting, we design the location of the base square according to the key points and support points of the equipment.
3. Adopt vacuum packaging technology to prevent the equipment from rusting due to moisture.
4. Self-tapping screws are used at each stress point to ensure the firmness of the packing box and prevent the coupling body from loosening caused by repeated lifting.
5. Use wood squares to support each other between the coamings to prevent the big box from being deformed.
6, fumigation treatment, to prevent pests.
7. The maximum bearing capacity is designed to be 30 tons.
The whole project period was completed two days ahead of schedule, and the project amount was more than one million yuan, which laid a good foundation for customers to carry out the next work.

1. The large-scale injection machine mainly produces the assembly line and three assembly lines of computer shell and mobile phone shell. The destination is Xiamen, Fujian, 9 iron boxes;
2. The weight of the main engine of the injection molding machine is 80 tons, the weight of the split equipment is 30 tons, and the weight of the mold of the injection molding machine is 10 ton. An injection molding machine is divided into three independent packages;
