Its main function is to provide specialized (including special specialties) medical services, solve critical and difficult cases, accept secondary referrals, business and technical guidance to lower hospitals and training of personnel; to complete the cultivation of a variety of high-level medical professionals teaching and undertake the task of scientific research projects in the province and above; participate in and guide the work of first- and second-degree prevention.
