When the payment standard of maternity insurance fund needs to be adjusted, the municipal labor and social security administrative department shall, jointly with the municipal finance department, put forward an adjustment plan, which shall be promulgated and implemented after being approved by the Municipal People's government.

If the medical expenses for fertility and family planning operations meet the requirements of the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items and medical service facilities in this Municipality, they shall be paid by the maternity insurance fund.
Article 17?
The settlement method for maternity insurance fund to pay medical expenses for maternity and family planning operations shall be formulated by the municipal labor and social security administrative department.
